At Natural Sweet Honey, we ensure that every bottle of honey is packed with care and delivered in the best possible condition. Due to the natural, edible, and consumable nature of honey, we have the following return and refund guidelines.
No Returns on Opened Products

Honey products cannot be returned once delivered.

Opened, used, or partially consumed products are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We offer replacement or refund only in the following cases:

Product received is damaged or leaking

Product received is incorrect or different from what was ordered
To be eligible:

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery

Clear photos or videos of the product, packaging, and invoice must be shared

Claims made after 24 hours may not be accepted

Natural variations in taste, color, thickness, or crystallization of honey
